After having studied music, Eric Melville sang in several prestigious musicals like “Hair”, “La vie en Bleu” by Robert Hossein or Starmania and at the same time worked at Universal Music as a composer. He composed for Florent Pagny, Damien Sargue, Miss Dominique and for many artists at Star Academy. He joined the team of Luc Besson and EuropaCorp who entrusted him with the music for the movies “Ongbak”, “District 13″ and “01.”
He composed the music for the films “King Size” and “Avant qu’il ne soit trop” with Frédéric Diefenthal. He also composed for television shows, “Un homme en colère” (TF1), “Scènes de ménage” (M6), “Les Geeks” (NRJ 12), collaborated with Virgin 17, Nrj and Paris Première, Tv Japan, ABC Australia and “Plus belle la vie” (Album).
He composed the additional music for the Molière Award in 2010. He also works in advertising (Naomie Campbell Perfume, Cyndi Crawford Perfume, Orange, Issaye Miyake, Sisley, Renault). Composer for prestigious editors such as Cdm French Trade, Adonys 5-1 or Kapagama.
Music creator for GameTrailers and numerous documentaries. In 2012, he composed and was the musical director for the musical show “L’enfant au grelot” (based on the movie “L’enfant au grelot” by Jacques Remy Girerd) in Paris.
In 2014, he composes and is the musical director of “La revue Merveille” at the Royal Palace in Kirrwiller.
